The Double Room with balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely space to unwind after exploring the city. I loved having my morning coffee enjoying the sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was quite clean and equipped with free toiletries, which made my stay more comfortable. Great restaurants were just a quick stroll away, and nothing beats the convenience of being close to the water. Staff members were incredibly kind and always willing to assist. Special thanks to Margherita for the delightful breakfast each morning! However, the first night was tough because of the noise from the restaurant below. It got much better after that, but light sleepers might struggle at times. Additionally, I noticed some issues with the shower drainage experiencing slow water exit. Overall, a wonderful stay, but slight improvements could make it even better.

Staying in the Standard King Room was pretty enjoyable. The location was spot-on, making it easy to visit popular spots like the Royal Palace and Piazza del Plebiscito, all just a short walk away. I appreciated how smooth everything went, from check-in to check-out, with staff being really prompt in addressing any needs. On top of that, the modern look of the room and the communal areas added a nice touch to our experience. However, accessing the hotel was tricky at first due to the lack of clear signs and the passcode entry was a bit confusing.

The room featured a nice small window that offered a glimpse outside, providing a touch of natural light. The cleanliness left a good impression, making the stay comfortable.
The location is a bit tricky, as different addresses are listed for various rooms, leading to some confusion. My experience was marred by external noise, especially on the first night from a nearby restaurant, which made sleeping difficult. Be aware of additional charges for checking in late after 8 PM and the misunderstanding surrounding check-out time that may arise, which adds a layer of annoyance to the stay.

The vegetarian dishes at nearby restaurants like Angeli and Ciro a Santa Lucia were a joy! I loved the fresh herbs and flavors that made each bite a celebration. Plus, the location was spot-on for exploring Naples, not far from the vibrant Misture cocktail bar for a nightcap!
Navigating to the apartment was like completing a treasure hunt, especially when woken up at 2 AM by a staff call I didn’t need! The inconsistent information on towel replacements was a tad frustrating, but we made it work regardless.

Clean rooms, but a maze to find
We had a decent stay—rooms were really clean, and I loved the strong shower pressure! The in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Just wish accessing the place wasn’t like a treasure hunt, especially at night when we arrived. A little noisy too, but I guess that’s Napoli for ya.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. We enjoyed our stay in a lovely triple room with a great location, just a short walk from the beautiful Molo Beverello Port. Our family dog also had a great time.
My wife says that the elevator was too small for our stroller. A larger lift would make it easier for families.
